Step 2 – Scalp & Hair Analysis
Using a high-definition scalp camera, we take a close look at your scalp and hair. This analysis reveals hydration levels, sebum build-up, flaking, redness, and follicle health. It gives us a precise starting point and allows us to select the right Kerasilk treatments for your needs.

Step 3 – Kerasilk Exfoliating Scalp Pre-Wash
The ritual begins with Kerasilk’s Exfoliating Pre-Wash. This gentle yet effective formula, enriched with Biomimetic Silk and Ectoin, polishes away excess oils, dead skin, and impurities—like a facial for your scalp. Pores are purified, the surface refreshed, and the scalp left perfectly prepped for deeper care.

Step 4 – First Purifying Cleanse
In the tradition of Japanese head spas, we begin with a slow, indulgent cleanse focused entirely on the scalp. This removes any lingering residue and creates the perfect base for treatment and massage.

Step 5 – Kerasilk Activating Scalp Foundation
Next comes the Activating Scalp Foundation, an airy micro-foam designed to hydrate, stimulate, and rebalance. This step soothes and prepares the scalp, enhancing its natural protective layer.

Step 6 – Targeted Scalp Serum
Based on your consultation, a precision serum is chosen:

• Anti-Dandruff Scalp Serum to calm irritation, banish flaking, and restore balance.

• Redensifying Scalp Serum to strengthen roots, protect against thinning, and encourage denser, fuller-looking hair.

This is massaged in with slow, pressure-point techniques to stimulate circulation and relaxation.

Step 7 – Signature Japanese Head Spa Massage & Steam
The core of the experience. A deeply relaxing scalp massage melts tension away while boosting blood flow. Gentle steam cocoons the scalp, helping every product penetrate more effectively while heightening the sense of calm. Step 8 – Hair Cleanse
Your hair lengths are then cleansed with a Kerasilk shampoo selected just for you—whether that’s for hydration, smoothing, repair, or strength.

Step 9 – Treatment Masque, Steamed Into the Hair
A luxurious treatment masque is applied to your mids and ends, then steamed into the hair for extra softness and silkiness. Options include:
