Booking Information & Salon Policy

All colour services at Andrews-Jeakins Colour Specialist must be booked with either a blow-dry or a cut and blow-dry to ensure the best possible finish and lasting results. Prices listed are from, and a personalised quote will be confirmed during your consultation—tailored to your hair type, length, and desired outcome.

A skin test is required at least 48 hours prior to any colour appointment. This is a legal and safety requirement. If your test is not completed within this timeframe, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

To protect and maintain the integrity of your hair, we highly recommend adding Bond Pro to your colour service. For optimal results, we also advise using the professional homecare products recommended during your consultation and available to purchase in-salon. These products are carefully selected to support and prolong your colour results.

Please note: if you experience issues such as colour fade, dryness, or changes in condition and have not used the prescribed homecare purchased from our salon, we will be unable to assess or correct the issue free of charge, as we cannot guarantee results without professional aftercare being followed.

We want you to feel completely confident in your hair. If you have any concerns following your visit, please contact us within 7 days, and we will be happy to support you.

Cancellations & No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule, which allows us to offer the slot to another guest.

Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will not incur any further charges. However, cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the total service value.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the full service value, with payment taken from the card on file.

Deposits

To secure your appointment, a deposit is required. Deposits are non-refundable but fully transferable if the appointment is rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice.
If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited.
